Information we collect

Information you give us

Our public demo does not require you to create an account. If you register an agent through the API, we store the name and description you supply and the API key we issue you. If you contact us, we keep your message and email address. If you submit an action, prompt, or tool call to the demo (for example the Live Console or the guardrail inspector), we process that content to return a result.

Information we collect automatically

Like most websites, our servers and hosting providers record standard technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, and timestamps. We use this for security, debugging, and understanding aggregate usage. We may use privacy-preserving analytics that do not build advertising profiles.

How we use information

• To operate, maintain, and secure the website and services.
• To provide the demo and the agent API, and to enforce rate limits and prevent abuse.
• To debug problems and improve the product.
• To respond to you when you get in touch.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content you submit to the demo to train models.

The demo, specifically

The public demo runs in a seeded, isolated workspace: nothing you try reaches your real systems. Please do not paste real secrets, credentials, personal data, or confidential material into the demo. Content you submit may be logged for security and debugging.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf, including our application hosting (Render) and our website and edge delivery (Vercel). If AI-assisted features are enabled on an account, the text of a request may be sent to a third-party model provider to produce a result; this is off by default in the public demo. Each provider is bound to handle data only to provide their service.

Data retention and deletion

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate legal, security, and business purposes. Technical logs are kept on a rolling basis, and agent keys persist until you or we revoke them.

You can ask us to delete your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@sentriaihub.com, or by revoking your agent key and requesting that its records be purged. We will erase your personal data within 30 days of a verified request, except where we are required to retain it to comply with a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or enforce our agreements. In those cases we keep only what the law requires and delete the rest.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including transport encryption and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at privacy@sentriaihub.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

International transfers

We and our providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above, and for material changes we will provide a more prominent notice.
