1. Acceptance of terms

The service is provided by [Legal entity name] (“SentriAI”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the website, the demo, the API, the CLI, or the MCP server (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service and the demo

SentriAI is a platform for deciding whether an action is safe, catching risky content, and producing compliance evidence. The public demo runs on seeded, isolated data and is provided for evaluation only; its outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on the demo, or on any verdict, score, or evidence it produces, as the sole basis for a security, compliance, financial, or legal decision.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

4. Agent keys and access

You may register for an API key with no human approval. You are responsible for your key and for all activity under it. Keep it secret, do not share it, and let us know promptly if it is compromised. We may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke keys, and we may change or discontinue parts of the Service, at any time.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service, or evade rate limits or security controls.
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data from the Service except through interfaces we provide.
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission, or access it in a way you are not authorized to.
• Upload or submit malicious code, unlawful content, or another person’s confidential data or personal information without a lawful basis.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code, except to the extent the law permits.
• Use the Service to build a competing product, or misrepresent it as your own.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, branding, and content, is owned by SentriAI and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service under these Terms. You retain ownership of the content you submit (“Your Content”), and you grant us a license to host and process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to submit it.

7. Third-party services

The Service runs on and links to third-party services (for example, our hosting and, where enabled, model providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the Service will detect every risk, prevent any particular harm, or meet any compliance obligation. Nothing in the Service is legal, security, or financial advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SentriAI and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or [USD 100]. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SentriAI harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above, and continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction, e.g. State of Delaware, USA], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the courts located there will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
